Experimental design targetGDN2 is documented as an experimental PDK target for architecture and flow development. It is not presented as a foundry-qualified production PDK.
Design flow
The target flow connects RTL verification, synthesis, timing, floorplanning, placement, routing and signoff-oriented experiments while keeping production-foundry assumptions separate from the research environment.
Why 2 nm
The 2 nm target is used to explore density, energy efficiency and advanced packaging constraints for a future Avalotl Omni implementation.
